The company began in 1990 in the form of Al-Obeidi Office and became into AL-Abid AL-Araby company in 2004 with the same manager with a budget of 500 million ID and in 2007 the budget of the company was 5,000,000,000 and now the budget of the company 7,000,000,000 .

The company has worked in all fields of construction, electrical, business, health, water systems, roads, bridges, sewage and supplying .

Every business that has been forwarded to the company had been completed within the specified period and the highest technical specifications .

الشركة بدات عام ١٩٩٠ على شكل مكتب العبيدي وتطورت الى شركة العابد العربي

في العام٢٠٠٤بنفس المدير المفوض براس مال ٥٠٠,٠٠٠,٠٠٠ وفي عام ٢٠٠٧اصبح راس مال الشركة ٥،٠٠٠،٠٠٠,٠٠٠ وحاليا اصبح راس مال الشركة ٧,٠٠٠,٠٠٠,٠٠٠ د.ع .

عملت الشركة في جميع المجالات الانشائية , الكهربائية , الاعمال الصحية , شبكات الماء , الطرق , الجسور و التجهيز.

كل الاعمال التي تم احالتها الى الشركة تم تنفيذها ضمن المده المقرره وباعلى المواصفات الفنيه.
